Welcome to ByGuzman Studios. By booking a service or making a payment through our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

 

 

1. Appointments & Deposits

 

  • All appointments require a non-refundable deposit to secure your booking.

  • The remaining balance is due on the day of your service, unless otherwise stated.

  • If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance to transfer your deposit to a new date.

 

 

2. Cancellations & No-Shows

 

  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment will result in the loss of your deposit.

  • No-shows will also result in forfeiting the deposit and may require a new deposit to rebook.

 

 

3. Refunds

 

  • All deposits and completed services are non-refundable.

  • Refunds are not offered once a service has been performed.

 

 

4. Service Guarantee

 

  • We strive to provide the highest level of professionalism and quality.

  • If you have concerns about your service, please inform us before leaving the appointment so we can address them.

 

 

5. Payments

 

  • We accept payments through the methods available on our website.

  • By making a payment, you confirm that you are the authorized cardholder or account holder.

 

 

6. Liability

 

  • By booking and attending an appointment, you acknowledge that ByGuzman Studios is not responsible for allergic reactions or sensitivities to products used during services.

  • Please inform your artist of any allergies or sensitivities before the service begins.

 

 

7. Policy Updates

 

  • We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page.
