1. Appointments & Deposits

All appointments require a non-refundable deposit to secure your booking.

The remaining balance is due on the day of your service, unless otherwise stated.

If you need to reschedule, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance to transfer your deposit to a new date.
2. Cancellations & No-Shows

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment will result in the loss of your deposit.

No-shows will also result in forfeiting the deposit and may require a new deposit to rebook.
3. Refunds

All deposits and completed services are non-refundable.

Refunds are not offered once a service has been performed.
4. Service Guarantee

We strive to provide the highest level of professionalism and quality.

If you have concerns about your service, please inform us before leaving the appointment so we can address them.
5. Payments

We accept payments through the methods available on our website.

By making a payment, you confirm that you are the authorized cardholder or account holder.
6. Liability

By booking and attending an appointment, you acknowledge that ByGuzman Studios is not responsible for allergic reactions or sensitivities to products used during services.
