At ByGuzman Studios, all payments and deposits made to secure an appointment are non-refundable. We value your time and ours; therefore, we kindly ask that you notify us at least 48 hours in advance if you need to reschedule.

Deposits: All booking deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances.

Services: Because our work is customized and performed in-person, we do not offer refunds once the service has been completed.

Rescheduling: You may reschedule your appointment with at least 48 hours’ notice, and your deposit will be applied to the new date.

No-Shows / Late Cancellations: Failure to show up or canceling less than 48 hours before your appointment will result in the loss of your deposit and may require a new deposit to rebook.
